4, signed the agreement: the two sides signed a headhunting service contracts, customers pay a deposit as a pre-search expenses;
Talent search: find hunting the project group composed by the project manager, senior consultant, adviser, assistant, part-time consultant to formulate searching hunting program channels comprehensive talent search.
Personnel screening: the candidates through communication, interview candidates and quit intentions. Scientific quality assessment and selection, and gradually narrow the pool of candidates;

9 to determine the trial: determining the target candidate, confirm the basic rights and obligations of the two sides, to help candidates to apply for entry formalities;
10 tracking service: the customer under the contract to pay the balance to follow up on the candidates performance of the trial period, to smooth financial help candidates such as enterprise.
